Real-Time Support: Phone, SKYPE, GoToMeeting and remote access diagnosis are available during normal business hours with a RAE Internet Real-Time Support Contract. Real-Time Support is priced based on the value of your software. If you need support, after hours, on weekends or holidays, it is available for $99 per hour.
